Ooooh! Help please!

Hi everyone!

Im here to get as much advice as you all can offer me! I currently around 148 lbs, thats a 15 lb weight gain from this time last year. Im finishing my first year of college so I guess you could attribute the gain to the infamous freshman 15.

Right now Im going to the gym at least twice a week and doing hot yoga [bikram, 105 degree room] 3-4 times a week. Im eating a lot healthier and walking a lot.

Can any of you give me advice to slim my thighs and get a flatter tummy by the time school is over? Or any other advice?

It sounds like you're getting plenty of activity, and college life will keep one busy. Water water water, less sugar/carbs. Make your own food whenever possible and watch your calories, low cal low carb low fat. Any fast food or takeout you can avoid will help. I know its hard when you're on the go, or if someone else buys and its free! But theres always a way to make smarter choices and eat a little less.
 
Welcome. I've struggled for YEARS. Know i've lost 12 pounds in one month. This is what I do-throw out all junk food, Propolene pills, vitamins, water, and exercise 45 mins a night. I know its a lot to thow at you, but believe me it works. GOOD LUCK!!!
 
Welcome! Glad you have joined us. There is no easy way to lose fat in certain areas. When we lose fat we lose it everywhere. Eventually you will see a difference in those stobborn areas.

Is important that you go to the gym and are healthy. I belive Soon you will see the result that you deserve:)
