Online PT?

First I want to say thank you for a great website, great tips and all the good information you all share in here!
My name is Kate and I wonder if any of you have tried an online fitness coach, or online PT? They are so much cheaper but can they really do their job without meeting me? I looked at one; 'mysmarttraining dot com' and I'm suppose to fill in my personal data but I'm still unsure?!?!

I do weight management coaching online and it works. I don't know if fitness works this way too.

I have been wondering the same thing. I feel like they will just give you a plan to go by and motivate you/hold you accountable. If you feel like that would be helpful for you, I would give it a try. Personally, I think I would like to have someone in the gym with me so I have not tried it yet.
