I'm 32 years old and I'm trying to lose weight yet again. It's like the meat on my bones do not want to leave this body!! lol
Anyways, I am currently at 204 lbs. My highest weight was 221 lbs just last year and I was able to get down to 198 lbs. I was only able to get to 198 lbs because of Medifast, but I was soo hungry on that diet that I just couldn't keep it up. However, I must admit that you will lose weight on it if you can stick it out.
After giving up on Medifast, my weight jumped back up to 209 lbs and for the past couple weeks I've been exercising and watching what I eat. So, now I'm currently at 204.
I hope to eventually get down to 165 lbs, but my short term goal is 190 since I've never been less than 195 lbs in more than 10 years.
So, I'm here for support, motivation, and accountability!! I've put some things in place to help keep me motivated because I am just tired of dealing with this ongoing battle.
I'm hoping to stick it out this time!
