one arm is stronger then the other, wtf?

so i notice when i'm doing horizontal rows my left arm can't do as many reps as my right arm. with horizontal flys my right arm can't do as many as the left. this is with a lot of my muscles i've noticed, one side is stronger than the other.

so what do i do, is this normal? i can't really progress with the "good" side so do i just need to wait until the weaker muscle catches up to the good one? this just seems wierd to mee

Typical.

As a young kid I started-out as a south-paw, but my mom kept taking things out of my left hand & placing them in my right hand (so she confesses), so I grew up writing & batting with my right-side prominent, but my left side was always the strongest (I always carried the heaviest things with my left & kept my right available for little tasks), & until my left arm suffered nerve-damage, it was only 1/4" smaller than my right (& I was bi-dexterous with tools)... well my left is making a slow comback now, but it's 1/2" smaller (yet back to being stronger once more... but that's partially due to a right-elbow injury).

To help compensate, train your week side first on single arm or single leg movements. But, like it's already been stated, we all have "strong" and "weak" sides.
