Hi all,

My name is Tina and I’m 24 years old. I’ve been dieting my whole life, losing up to 30 pounds, gaining them again, and so on. Also using the excuse that I will start really enjoying life and doing everything I want to do once I lose weight... but that day never seems to come.

I’m an emotional eater and chocoholic in recovery, and I really just want food to stop having control over me.

So, I’m starting a diet... again. Or a change in lifestyle as we like to call it. Right now my weight is 194lbs and I want to lose at least 20lbs to feel good and healthy.

I will be reading your diaries and looking for motivation and advice :) Hope everyone is doing good!

Plan for now is quite simple:
- 1 hours of daily exercice, at least walking or jogging
- lots of water!
- avoiding chocolate... that’s my trigger
- avoiding cheat days that become cheat weeks
- around 1,500 calories a day

Let’s see how it goes :D

If you stick to your plan, you'll get results! I can relate to cheat days becoming weeks. Our plans are similar in cals and starting weight. Good luck!

You can do this :) Stay disciplined and believe in yourself and you will achieve the goals in your plan

You got this, Tina! Life's not waiting for anybody, unfortunately, so we have to take action for ourselves now! :)
You've got a good list of goals.
Looking forward to seeing you log some good days in here!
