Hi my name is curleebrowneyes and I live in Florida. I am looking for support in my weight loss challenge. I was always active in working out eating healthy but in the past year I have gained a lot of weight. I am a compulsive eater and always have been since I was little. I also have a tendency to go out and drink every weekend.
I am turning 40 this year. In november my doctor told me that my triglicerides are very high, so he put me on medications. Well I didn't listen to him until just recently.
My problem is the motivation and anxiety. Finally my friend who also wants to lose weight, came up with a plan for the next three months. We started two weeks ago. I weighed myself and found out that I had gained and weighed 214. Not good.
I now weigh 207. I am eating less and snacking on healthy things, drinking a lot of water. For exercise i do at least half an hour of cardio and weights. I find myself not motivated to go to the gym and know the steps so I do it at home with my ipod.
I hope you guys can help me. my goal is to lose 40 by november. the goal with my friend is to lose at least 20 pounds.
