Sport Omlette for breakfast

Hi there I have been told to have a omlette fopr breakfast that consists of the following

4 egg whites
1 full egg
Feta Cheese
Tomatoes

Is this good for me? I the egg white full of protein?
 
There's nothing wrong with egg whites.

There's nothing wrong with whole eggs either unless you have high cholesterol AND are a hyperresponder to dietary cholesterol.

However, its easy for egg yolks fat to increase your total calories.

Thus its very common to have a lot of egg whites with just a couple yolks to add flavor and texture.

Better yet...check your store for Omega Eggs. These contain omega fatty acids, including omega 3. They feed chickens a lot of flax seed with their normal feed, which results in it being passed into the yolk.

They taste normal, tho the yolk is every so slightly more orange than the regular yolks.
 
Sure but ditch the egg whites and eat the whole egg. Add some lean meat for more protein.

Just end it there. Whole eggs actually give you a better HDL/LDL ratio (that means lower cholesterol)

That being said, I mix egg whites with eggs simply because I am watching my calories on a cut, so I'm not totally against them.
