Found these in Men's Health, and they're great, especially to grab and go.

2 cups crunchy natural peanut butter
2 tbs flax seeds
2 scoops whey protein
2 bananas
Mix everything together into a paste. Roll into about 20 walnut sized balls. Set them on parchment paper, saran wrap, or foil and freeze. After frozen separate them into ziplocks.

I eat them just as they start to thaw. Makes a great alternative to a protein bar with ingredients you can't pronounce.
