Omg i cant stop eating junk

About 4 days ago i thought i had commited to a diet and i have started excercising and all but i give in to my cravings of junk food to easily. 2 days ago i had a 1.5L coke by myself, and a pie.

Yesterday was ok i guess i had Cornflakes+Milk for breakfast, a Chicken roll (with lettuce, tomato, carrot) and a Primo for lunch. And i had Mince pie potatoes and a salad for dinner.

Today i had 4 small cookies for morning snack :banghead: and 2 small pies and a chocolate milk for lunch....

I just cant seem to stop myself from eating these fatty foods. Please give me advice
 
try having a breakfast that contains fiber and protein...

and plan out your meals so that youknow what you're eating and won't be tempted by less than healthy foods.

if you're going astray on day 2 -you've got to ask yourself WHY - no one can do that for you... but mav's got it right -get rid of those choices...
