Olivia's

Meh. Update

Thank you guys, I'm down 108lb right now, just checked, and at this point every little half pound matters tremendously. =P

I just lost it by eating right. I go to the gym 6 days a week, and try to stay as active as i can in daily life, such as taking stairs, doing gardening, riding my bike, running around. walking as much as I can, even when its just in stores or something.

I started losing weight when i was 16, I blamed my weight gain on my thyroid disease, but that goes to show now, wasn't the only reason.

I stopped eating ANY kind of fast food, and I mean, I dont even TOUCH it.
Especially chinese food, which used to be a weakness, and almost an everyday routine of eating. There's been plenty of temptations while losing weight, I've had to sit through meals with my friends that i couldnt even touch, even though I was practically drooling over it. I've been to a chinese buffet around 4 times since i've started and almost died each time, but have stuck true to it, and just said NO!

Little complain:

A big worry I have though, seeming off topic, is the after math of my weightloss. such as my breasts are much lower. And stretch marks are showing up everywhere. I'm only 17, and I hate the idea of having breasts .. let's just say, NOT where they are suppose to be. and also, my inner thighs are very jiggly but my outter thighs, i can actually see muscle bulging. And my arms have become.. "swingy." I'm very self concious about my body still. and it had led to a loss in boyfriends, and activities such as swimming. or wearing cute figure fitting clothes because the sleeves are too short, or the shorts are too short! AHH!

It sucks that Ive worked this hard, and still have body issues.
I'd get surgery at this point, I would, but I still need to go to college! =P

well i know there are exercises that focus on the muscles below your breast and by making them stronger you will naturally boost your bosoms...

i was 16 when i had a breast reduction and i am really happy...i was only out of school for a week ... soo maybe surgery could be a choice for you... right after you graduate from highschool... maybe?!? im not sure what all you would have done...

but anyways!!! you look amazing!!! how many hours a week do you think you spend consciously working out!?!? we both have pretty much the same goals although i am just beginning my journey! <3

I can NOT get rid of the arms... I've lost a good 6 inches from them. but now they are FLABBY, I mean, HELLO! bingo wings. Before they were huge, but firm.. now they are huge, and ... hangy?
I'm 5'2 and 174Lbs currently.

Great job, what a difference.
you'll be an inspiration one day, just you wait and see
The flabby arms problem I have as well, not as serious as yours, but while I'm slowly adding lifts into my daily lifestyle I do see a slight difference.
