Well, First of all; I was on this forum before. But back then, losing weight was a thought in the back of my mind. But now, It has been moved FIRST CLASS.
You see, Im a Sophmore in Highschool this year. And well, my school is pretty big. My classes are on top floor and on bottom. And ive grown embarrassed by being winded by the time i reach my classes.
Also, Diabetes and Heart Diseas run in my family. I do not want to get either.
So im going to attach my measurements and what not.

Hips-43.5
Arms-12.5
Bust-41.5
Waist-44
Thighs-25.5
Calves-16
Neck-14

Height-5'5
Weight-189.8 Lbs

Those are my starting measurements. As of 8/11/09.

My goals are
Hips- 42
Arms-11
Bust- 40
Waist-42
Thighs-24
Calves-15
Neck-13

Weight-180lbs
By 9/4/09.

But i seem to have trouble making a game plan.

So far, all ive decided to do, is ONLY eat when im hungry. And when i start to get hungry, drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes.
I do not drink soda or juice.
I do not eat breads.
Before noon i ONLY eat fruit and water.
After Noon i eat a form of vegetables with EVERY meal.

So far, it has worked.
I am rarely hungry, Believe it or not.

Well,
Sorry its so scattered. I just felt i needed to get it out.

Looking for real weight loss buddies that can help me stay on track.

I will be taking measurements every two weeks.
But weighing myself weekly.

Well, Goodluck to you all.

Welcome back to the forum. Good luck for your project.

I have to say that I would read the sections on nutrition if I were you. I think that while your food game plan may help you lose some weight in the short term - your time would be much better spent building a strategy that gave you overall good nutrition instead of just finding a way to con your body into living off less calories for a while. To do that you need to ensure that your body is getting sufficient protein, calcium, fibre, healthy fats, hydration etc. Such a food plan would leave you well nourished and less inclined therefore to want to eat when your defenses were down. It would also bring you towards a healthy way of eating that you could follow for life.

Whilst you may be properly hydrated and get enough fibre under your current game plan - that is kind of dependant on how often you get hungry.

I picked what I considered to be key nutritional points in a step by step manner for the Summer Shake Up challenge which is in the closing weeks now. You could do a lot worse than read the scoresheets section for the weekly bonuses and try to incorporate the different things one step at a time. It would ensure that you were getting your nutrients at the right levels.

I am concerned that you do not mention exercise. I believe that some level of exercise - even if it is just walking - is of major benefit to anyone trying to lose weight - and also to keeping the weight off long term. Read the section on exercise too. The best form of exercise is for you to find something that you enjoy - because you have the best chance of keeping it up long term. I tried lots of things - and every so often try something new.
