Old dog, new tricks

Hi everyone,

I am a 43 year young ex-runner (with a sub-2H25 marathon to my name), who converted first to martial arts, then to bodyweight strength training after developping chronic achilles tendonitis.
I'm currently having a great time practicing my muscle ups, front & back levers, and a whole bunch of other tricks.

Sub 02:25 is good going, my best was 20 minutes slower than that, 4.5 stones ago.
Old climber so even with additional bulk I find body weight work easy. Got a rip 60 suspension trainer a year or so ago which cured me of this. Doing dips on that is harder than I ever remember them being. TRX is the same quality but not seen others I would trust.
