OK...THERES A PROBLEM WITH ME AND EXERCISING. I LOOOVE RUNNING AND I LIKE RUNNING LONG DISTANCE. AND NOW, ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE RAN LIKE 3 MILES, MAX. ITS BEEN PROBABLY 2 1/2 MONTHS. AND NOW I PROMISED MYSELF THAT I WOULD START RUNNING THIS WK. I WANT TO KEEP THAT PROMISE ALSO. BUT THE BIG PROBLEM WITH ME IS THAT I ENCOURAGE MYSELF TO RUN AND ALL BUT THEN I GET TOO TIRED OR I JUST DONT END UP RUNNING FOR SOME REASON. ITS NOT LIKE I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE OR ANYTHING BUT I GUESS YOU CAN SAY I GET LAZY. I WANNA GET BACK IN SHAPE REALLY BAD. BUT WHAT DO I DO IN ORDER FOR ME NOT TO SLACK OFF??? RIGHT NOW I WEIGH....150 AND I WANT TO REACH FOR ATLEAST TO 120. I THINK THATS A PRETTY GOOD AVRG WEIGHT FOR MY HIGHT....5'6. BUT I DONT KNOW???? WHAT DO YALL THINK?????
