ok i need help now

i have been working out for about 2 months now and am doing really good so far.....buuuuut was wondering if im trying to cut fat and get abs by summer of next year what should i be focusing on im my workouts as far as fat cut goes...i know i have to watch diet and there are certain foods and such but what have you guys and girls done to get rid of that fat and lower your bmi??
 
What do you weigh now? How tall are you? What are your current workouts like? What's your current diet like?

More info will really make a difference in what kind of advice we can give. :)

There's really only one way to cut fat - there are variations, of course, but it all boils down to eat fewer calories, but not too few, and get a good balance of macro nutrients. More protein is good, but don't just cut out carbs or healthy fats - both are necessary.

Then, on top of that, a combination of weight lifting / body resistance work and cardio will help you reach your goals. :)
 
i am 5' 11" i weigh 218 and im trying to get to 190 or 185 so i have about 30 lbs to lose in fat

my workout consists of lots of cardio, weight lifting both cable and free weight, core work outs (abs ect)

its really just my diet i have to watch im assuming
 
Basically, you need to cut down on any snaking you may be doing, not sure if you are but this adds so much weight. Put some grapes in your work bag and when your hungry have a grade, having a grape instead of snacks will keep any hunger at bay for 10x longer, easily.
Also only eat lean meat like chicken, but when you eat, try and leave 2 mouthfully left of food on your plate, these are all calories with fat. Also make sure you remove the fatty parts of the meats and only eat the full meat parts. Its rather simple, and make sure your protein intake is high, good sleep also helps and working out to often, could result in you putting ON weight!
