yeah the best thing you can do is just to try and get back on track and don't stress about it (stress holds fat).
Also with your diet, don't try and go so hardcore and cut out everything that you love because five bowls is what ends up happening. I still eat alot of what i love, i just eat it in smaller amounts or in a more healthy manner.
If i want a hamburger, well then i get the leanest top sirloin i can, put it on a lite 100% whole grain bun, top it with some low fat cheese and give myself a pickle and go to town on it.
If you are craving some sweet then make yourself some whole grain pancakes with some fruit and a little sprinkle of light brown sugar. Granted go easy on it, but cut yourself some slack, its doesnt have to be all or nothing.
So dust yourself off, and smile at the fact you just had some ice cream. Binging is not a good thing, so keep yourself happy enough to where you don't stress out and do so.
