The only type of exercise I've been geting in the last 5 weeks (and why not, the last 2 years) is riding the bike. The results are great so far, but I don't want to just lose weigh, but to become athletic in a year or two.
Yesterday, while riding my bike on an isolated road I decided to try some running... the result was bad: it seems like I've forgot how to do it.
Is this because of my weight? Is it still too much and should I lose more before starting to run, or what?
