Oh Hey

I've posted around a bit already, but I'll introduce myself formally.

I live in British Columbia and am a student majoring in health, fitness, and athletic therapy. I'm an avid cross-country runner and do a lot of other, casual outdoor sports. I'm a coach for both high-school cross-country and track-and-field and have plans for a future career in athletic therapy and national health-promotion.

I'm less interested about body building and maximum performance as I am about lifetime wellness. The way I see it, it's less about looking good and being the absolute best and more about being able to do the activities I love now and for the rest of my life. I joined this forum to both give advice and learn new things that my classes don't cover. There are definitely a lot of specifics and individual experiences that I can learn from.

As a side note, I just did a VO2 Max test for one of my labs at school. 63.2 ml/kg/min! :)

Hey and welcome to the forum. I'm from BC as well, good to see a fellow British Columbian around!

Nice work on the VO2max - I definitely didn't do quite that well when I did my VO2max lab :)
