Oh boy!!

O.k! Hello my name is Carmen and I'm trying to lose weight :hurray:! Well I am currently 210 pounds, and that does not sit well with my 5'7 frame :(. I've tried for years to lose the weight! I'm starting college next week and I want this to make a new me, by eating better, exercising, studying more, and just generally taking better care of myself :D. If anyone has tips to minimize my failure then please give them to me! Have a great day, and thank you!

I think for me the key has been to stay motivated. to do that join the challenges and create a diary here to record your progress. Pretty much anything that will keep you coming back staying with the same crowd with the same goals in mind. so you dont get bored and wander off then fall off the wagon.
