I bumped up my cardio to one hour on the treadmill up from 40-45 minutes.
Keeping in mind that prior to friday it was 3 weeks since I did any cardio and probably more like 4 since I did it consistant (bad month, but no excuse.)
So this weekend I noticed on saturday I was getting very sore in my thighs on the treadmill, and I was doing it pretty light to what I was doing before when I was consistant. Then on sunday it was even worse. It makes me feel like I'm jogging funny when I am on the treadmill. Its near the front and outside of both my thighs.
I never really got sore like this before. Its nothing I can't work through, its not painful (on a scale of 1-10 I would say maybe a 2.)
It feels very limiting though. I feel very akward while jogging -- to the point I kinda feel like I might trip, which is where my concern comes in.
I do a slight walk to warm up prior, and stretch afterwards.
Any thoughts?
