hi guys 
decided to join the forum as id like to loe a bit of weight (sorry for stating the obvious!
)and its the frist weight loss forum i've found online.
well what can i say about myself? well ive never really been that sporty or that exercise minded, ok thats an understatement! I'm probably getting married this year, around september time so i would like to lose some weight for that as im sure a lot of girlies on here will understand
i did try and change the local time on my profile but havent figured it out so far! (i have a habit of typing/saying random stuff which is why a lot of this doesnt seem to fit with the rest of my post!
)
anyway this is just to say hi, before i ask any stupdi questions ill have a scout around in the forums and look for good ideas about weight loss and exercise. i have to admit i would like to be fitter which wouldnt take much but any real exercise will be hard at first as i am not fit at all and id need to maintain it which means getting into a new routine.......i can eat healthy for a while but not maintain it. i either seem to eat fairly healthily with a bit of junk or be ultra healthy....no real balance, one extreme or the other.
anyway sorry im rambling but hi guys!
