Heya.
I'm a 22 year old boy. I'm not really new to this, per se, I mean I've been floating around the training forums since (I think?) 2003. I'm currently 5'9.5", 209.6 lbs, and ~ 27% bodyfat.
My history is sort of a long one, but essentially I was a very athletic and healthy kid, then I got fat, then I lost about 110 lbs over the course of a couple years. In the last few I lost my motivation, ate a lot of pizza and kfc, and gained some of it back. Right now I'm on a pretty strong kick. For years I've been waffling back and forth, but I think I'm just about done with that. Y'see, I joined this forum to sign up for the new Body Transformation contest, and I pity all of you who will have to compete with me.
But seriously, I'm always happy to learn something new or help someone out, so, looking forward to you all. Cheers.
