Hi all!
So I'm new and would like to say HI and that I'm looking forward to making some friends here!
I'm excited about joining you all on here for this journey. Losing weight is something I've always struggled with. Hoping by joining this forum by making it more public and have a support community will help me get where I would LOVE to be. I think by making it more public and discussing it openly with people who are going through the same thing is going to be a great help! At least I hope!
I'm 23, 5'3", and 147. I'd love to be down 25 lbs or so... at least get rid of the spare tire I am carrying around and hopefully tone up quite up a bit in the process. As long as in the end I feel better about myself and how my clothes fit me, weight is really just a number at that point.
Diet is probably one of the hardest things for me. Especially having a boyfriend who is just trying to bulk up... so our house is full of junk food! But hopefully I'll find my motivation here to keep to the plan!
I really want to stick with it this time around... make it a lifestyle more then anything.
