Hi all,

I am just trying to lose a small amount of weight to make myself feel better about my figure. I got a bit comfortable and can't seem to put food down.

Does anybody want to buddy me to help me keep up the motivation!

I would like to lose 5lbs this month

Well you will find all kinds of support here. I have been logging in for about 2 months now and I LOVE IT! I come here to get recharged.
Have you started a fitness plan? I set one for myself when I started this journey and I keep track of it. I also will do this with food. If you write it down then you have to hold yourself accountable. I will check in from time to time to see how you are doing. I had a great person tell me that when I first started and they have each week. And it has really made this fun. So good luck and welcome! Tina:grouphug:

I will think about making a plan, I aim to go to the gym twice a week and have started recording my Kcal intake when I remember.

Consistency is what wins the "battle" long term...

give yourself a reward if you manage to remember to keep track of your calories at the end of the week
