Well you will find all kinds of support here. I have been logging in for about 2 months now and I LOVE IT! I come here to get recharged.
Have you started a fitness plan? I set one for myself when I started this journey and I keep track of it. I also will do this with food. If you write it down then you have to hold yourself accountable. I will check in from time to time to see how you are doing. I had a great person tell me that when I first started and they have each week. And it has really made this fun. So good luck and welcome! Tina
