Basically this is for everyone to share the best weight loss tip we know! I'll post mine and please, if you've got one to share, post yours too!

Mine is: Don't keep any sort of snacky foods in the house - if it's not there you can't eat it and if you've got to go to the effort of preparing something - you probably won't bother unless you're genuinely hungry!

Ok. My top weight loss tip is don't come onto a weight loss forum when you are connected to 'elite weight loss package' while pretending to actually be someone needing to lose weight or be a part of the community.




I love being a mod.
 
soya protein shake does wonders especially for women and own experience alongside a healthy diet and good exercise regime :)
 
Protein shakes are fine for some cases but calories are calories and have to be considered in your calories in vs calories out.
