Heyoooo,
Amber here. And im taking the first step towards my goal of losing 80 lbs. Right now i weigh 195LBS. Im 5'4. =/ Im hoping to get down to 115LBS. But i need some help, the nearest gym is in the next city. (Get to able by city bus.) But im kinda scared of City Transit.and It is vary uncomfortable to go outside for long periods of time, due to my swollen ear canals. So my question is,

Are there any excersises that are doable at home? I know there is but i cant think of any that are actually helpful.
so PLEASE can anyone help me?
 
There is plenty to do. :D

Dvd's, resistance bands, free weights, wii, ball... Anything sort of exercise is good exercise!

Hope you are able to find something that works for you.
