I was thinking that as well. The kind of long term calorie deficit I've been on _will_ mess with all sorts of things physically. As is, most of that gained weight is water retention. There's not really any way I gained even as much as an actual pound of fat doing that for just one day (just one hour and a half actually). I'm already down to 178.5 this morning.Maybe the calorie spike will accelerate your metabolism for a bit to help the rebound.
