Okay I'll start this off. Here's my targets for the month:

November 2 (178.3):
November 9 (177.3):
November 16 (176.2):
November 23 (175.2):
November 30 (174.2):

So between the 23rd and 30th is when I would hit the 200 pounds lost mark.

November 1 287.8
November 8 282.4 (285.4) -50 achieved!
November 15 285.0 (283.2)
November 22 (281.2)
November 29 (279.0)

I fudged the 2 pounds a week a bit so I can target -50 pounds for the year by mid-month. I will be very pleased if I can pass that mark and end the month in the 270s. That would set me up to get below 275 by years end. That's the lowest I've weighed as an adult without prescription drugs. Actually I should hit all of my weight related signature goals by years end. Let do this!

First weigh in.

November 2 (178.3): 179.0
November 9 (177.3):
November 16 (176.2):
November 23 (175.2):
November 30 (174.2):

These are going to be some hard pounds, so I gotta keep my focus.

Looks like just the two of us so far Vee. I had a good weigh in today. I hope you have a good one tomorrow!

This will not be good.

November 2 (178.3): 179.0
November 9 (177.3): 181.5
November 16 (176.2):
November 23 (175.2):
November 30 (174.2):

On Friday, roughly around midnight, I went and got a fast food steak burrito. Then on the way home I went by McDonalds and got a Quarter Pounder. Then when I got home, I cooked another cheeseburger for myself. And yes I was depressed about something.

I'm glad it only got to 181.5. We'll see how I can rebound.

Well that was a hell of a beef bender. I'm so glad you're back. Maybe the calorie spike will accelerate your metabolism for a bit to help the rebound. Either way, you'll get there and sorry for whatever sucked.

I was thinking that as well. The kind of long term calorie deficit I've been on _will_ mess with all sorts of things physically. As is, most of that gained weight is water retention. There's not really any way I gained even as much as an actual pound of fat doing that for just one day (just one hour and a half actually). I'm already down to 178.5 this morning.

Checking back in

November 2 (178.3): 179.0
November 9 (177.3): 181.5
November 16 (176.2): 178.5
November 23 (175.2):
November 30 (174.2):

Well, recovering as best as I can. Will try and put the press on this week. Really itching to get the scale down.

November 1 287.8
November 8 282.4 (285.4) -50 achieved!
November 15 285.0 (283.2)
November 22 280.4 (281.2)
November 29 (279.0)

Oh well. I'm with you Vee. Let's both kick ass this week.

I know this has already started, but can I join in? My weigh in was on Monday, so it's a bit off, but I can also weigh in on those days too.

Welcome Risty! Post your weights from earlier in the month if you have them. I don't use the same dates as V does. It's thinly veiled anarchy in here.

Back below goal! Hopefully 279 or better will still happen. I decided to throw in a hail mary for a bonus one pound drop for the last day of the month. It could happen.

Thanks guys! Can I ask why you have Nov 29 and Nov 30 down for weigh-ins??

I can do those days, that just means I have a Sat and Mon weigh-in. Who picks a Saturday any how :p

November 17 (first weight-in): 205
November 22: 201
November 29:
November 30:

And heading for the home stretch!

November 2 (178.3): 179.0
November 9 (177.3): 181.5
November 16 (176.2): 178.5
November 23 (175.2): 176.5
November 30 (174.2):

Just so happens today was a new low. Still fighting the good fight here. Thanksgiving will be a major challenge.

Risty, I just choose whatever day the last day of the month is and count backward 7 days for my weigh-in days.

Nice drop Vee and Risty!

Risty I did my weigh-ins on Saturdays and decided afterwards to add the last day of the month since that's the whole month/contest. I chose Saturdays as my official weigh-in long ago because I travel during the week sometimes.
