I read that quote years ago when I had joined Weight Watchers and it has stuck with me all this time. Tha quote is so so true, so why is it that I CAN'T STOP EATING?!?!?!
I remember that feeling well...the feeling of being thin...or should I say THINNER! I have never been skinny, but I really dont want to be. But I remember that feeling of clothes looking good on me or Jeans being a lil loose. And OMG what a wonderful feeling that is...
I guess there is no real point to this post other than trying to help others who need motivation. God knows I do....It is a great quote, I will try to keep it in mind when I have Junk in front of me to eat
