Not sure what to do...

Hey guys i have been on here for a few years now with many attempts to lose weight. When i was about 16 i weighed in at about 240lbs then after that i had dropped to about 200 within a few months( not sure why, i didn't change my diet or do any exercise i can only think it was the stress from a death in the family). I was at about 200 for a few years then i started to slowly gain it back getting back up to about 240lbs.

Back in July I decided that i would make another attempt at losing the weight. I have made many attempts in the past that would fail miserably. I would follow a diet and exercise for a few days then just give up or start to sneak in some junk with the mindset of " oh one wont hurt, or ill make up for it tomorrow". In July I started going to the gym only using the treadmill doing anywhere from 1.5-3.5 miles a day. I went 6 days a week and cut my calorie intake down to about 1,500. Within 3 weeks I had lost almost 20lbs, putting me around 220lbs. I then started to see a small difference in my face and my neck, which i was very happy with and i just felt better in general. However due to financial issues i could not afford my membership to the gym anymore, and with that gone i had seemed to give up on the rest.

So now It is the beginning of November, And I dont know my exact weight but i would probably say i'm around 225-230lbs. I would love to make an attempt to lose This weight again, I just don't know how. Here is my dilemma, right now i really don't have time to work out. Im working upwards of 75 hours a week( 4 days a week im working 16 day's) Two days i work 8 hour days and the 3rd i have off. After working those four 16 hour days im so whooped that the last thing i want to think about is the Gym. Any Input would be great, Thank you everyone.

Btw. right now i am 24 years old im around 5'5 and in that 225-230 range, my goal weight would be around 170lbs.

Here are Some pics of me currently, I dont really have Many pics, Mostly just face shots and i usually hate those too.. but here are some i have even though i dont really like them.

OP is fixed to make it a little easier to read....

So how should i go about this, force myself to work out on the 3 days im not working the 16 hour shifts? and just cut my calorie intake way down?
