not sure how to do this??

Hi everybody! I'm new to all this but very excited! I don't have a personal support system so I thought I'd give this a try. I am extremely out of shape and NEED to lose 60lbs. I would love to lose more but right now I think I should set realistic goals so I'm starting with 20lbs. Anyway all the help and info you can share will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
 
hehe have you made any plans? like how are you going to exercise? mmm... how are your eating habits?

lol welcome to the forum... its great support^^ you feel stronger when you know you have people in this forum who care and want you to succeed =D
 
actually I am and have been a "pop-a-holic" for years so my first goal is stopping that and drinking more water. it's been hard but I know it will for the best. I've also cut my portions in half and have been walking on my treadmill for anywhere from 10-30 min every day.
