Is there any exercise that can help me lose my man tits? lmao... i know overall exercise will help me to lose excess fat in general and thus lead to getting rid of these annoyances, but, is there any workouts i can do to target this and maybe get rid of em a lil quicker than the rest of me? these and my stomach are the main things pushing me into losing weight, since they've plagued me my whole life.

as of right now i walk / run on the treadmill daily, do bicep / tricep curls / lateral raises, and try to squeeze in basketball as often as possible... oh and i do light boxing in my basement, just to get some fun in there outside ball...

i know i got some muscle in there cuz i can make em dance like them jacked up people haha but, theres definitely a good amount of fat too, so, any specific things i could incorporate to get rid of these things asap? haha thank ya
 
You probably already know that you can't make your body lose fat in specific area, it just comes off pretty much as it comes on. However, I'd recommend you do push up. Lots, and lots of them. It will increase your muscle size underneath, and spread the fatty layer over more muscle. You can do regular bench presses, also dips, and other chest exercises.
In order to build muscle as fast as possible, don't worry about tone as much, but go for muscle size and strength. You can work on tone later. I'd recommend you look at body building website for more information.
Boxing will tone your chest, but not increase your chest size quickly. In order to do that, you need to take on more of a "power lifter" mentality.
ALSO, you could be inadvertently causing "man boob" growth. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I read not too long also that some substance (I think from medicines) affects your testosterone and/or estrogen.

yeah i know i cant, but i figured a muscle gaining target workout would help... time to incorporate more pushups... i definitely have a lot of muscle under there, just not getting to show its full potential haha, im a fat man with an athlete hidden behind it all lol time to get cracking and lose this weight and keep it off for once haha
 
Hi Diezel!!

Monster is right- puuuuuuuushups! And lots of them! There are tons of different types of pushes, each one works a different area! So you might want to look up which pushups will give you the most workout in your chest!

Also try doing flies, flat and angled bench presses with the dumbells...these will work your muscles!

I think an important thing to remember when you do these exercises, and this is what I've had to be consciously aware of, is not to just go through the movements, really concentrate on using your chest muscles, and only those muscles to complete the exercise. It's easy to use your shoulders and arms, but you want to focus on keep those muscles inactive, while only engaging the chest muscles! You'll notice a HUGE difference in the difficulty of completing the exercises- but you'll also notice a HUGE difference in your outcomes!!! You don't want to be doing all this chest work, and not get those ripped non-boobie man boobies :)
