Is there any exercise that can help me lose my man tits? lmao... i know overall exercise will help me to lose excess fat in general and thus lead to getting rid of these annoyances, but, is there any workouts i can do to target this and maybe get rid of em a lil quicker than the rest of me? these and my stomach are the main things pushing me into losing weight, since they've plagued me my whole life.
as of right now i walk / run on the treadmill daily, do bicep / tricep curls / lateral raises, and try to squeeze in basketball as often as possible... oh and i do light boxing in my basement, just to get some fun in there outside ball...
i know i got some muscle in there cuz i can make em dance like them jacked up people haha but, theres definitely a good amount of fat too, so, any specific things i could incorporate to get rid of these things asap? haha thank ya
