Hey guys and gals, names drew and im new to the forum and here is my problem. I have not been seeing any real physical changes in my figure since going back to the gym. I feel like i have ran into a wall. I am currently 185lbs and roughtly 5'10". I consider myself to be an all-around athlete. I play a crazy amout of sports from baseball and basketball to more physical demandinig sports such as LAX and MMA. I was woundering if anyone has a good routine or advice for the situation.
