Not seeing results, any ideas?

Hey guys and gals, names drew and im new to the forum and here is my problem. I have not been seeing any real physical changes in my figure since going back to the gym. I feel like i have ran into a wall. I am currently 185lbs and roughtly 5'10". I consider myself to be an all-around athlete. I play a crazy amout of sports from baseball and basketball to more physical demandinig sports such as LAX and MMA. I was woundering if anyone has a good routine or advice for the situation. Goals: Bench-405 Squat-Five hundred'ish I would like to post a solid 40yrd dash time (4.9 currently) as well as vert leap (24" current). I really want to be able to dunk!

Current Training: Doing Air Alert usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I weight train Monday through Friday and rest on the weekends.
Monday- Chest and Back
Tuesday- Arms and Shoulders
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Abs
Friday- Chest, Back, And Legs

Diet: My diet is very open. I cant seem to get a good diet in due to college and work. I make sure to eat a good breakfast at least a sub of some sort for lunch and for dinner I will eat chicken, steak, or pasta.

Hey drew, hi.. just stay with your routine.... have proper diet and you will definitely reduce your weight... keep change in your workout routine.. dont go with same workout routine all the time...
