Hey there! I'm a 14-year-old female from the UK who's decided that she needs to lose some weight.
I've had weight-loss in the back of my mind since 2007 or 2008, but until now, I haven't done much. Today, though, I discovered that my BMI has 25, which technically makes me overweight - so I figure that I seriously need to lose weight in order to get myself back down to a healthy weight.
I'm lazy and I like unhealthy food, so I'm angry that I need to cut down on food and start exercising (hence the topic title), but I figure that it will be worth it in the end. The problems caused by my weight and lifestyle are starting to pile up and I can't take it any more.
Today I'm making plans and preparing myself for the journey ahead, and I thought it would be nice to get some support along the way.
