Hi I'm a 37 year old female who is 5' 8 1/2" and 140 pounds. I realize that isn't overweight. However I was 125 pounds throughout high school and college and once I got on my own, my eating habits went down the tubes. I eat when I'm bored, that's my problem, and I don't just eat a little, I will open up a bag of Doritos and down half of it in one sitting. I'll eat a whole box of Hamburger Helper (after it's made of course) even though there's 4 or 5 servings there. If it's there I'll eat it, which is why it's so hard for me to make a casserole that should last me a week and instead lasts me 2 or 3 days. Another thing is that I'll have dinner at 5PM and then decide at 8PM that I'm hungry again and go to Taco Bell for 2 tacos even though I don't need them and I'm not really even hungry. Same thing is when I go play volleyball in the evening and then on my way home at 10PM stop at Taco Bell. I'd like to lose 5-10 pounds and I need some kind of plan.
