I'm not really trying to get super muscular or super lean. All I'm trying to do is become more healthy "overall". So I'm really not looking for supplements to make muscle grow.. but rather just things that are good for things that are often neglected.. like the heart and THE MIND (etc).
I went to the local supermarket and I saw a bunch of Vitamins and supplements.. however I have no idea what brand is good and what really is actually recommended and has really no bad side effects (some weren't really FDA approved or w/e). I saw a bunch of omega/flax oil/ etc etc which I really dont know much about except that they are "good for you".
I am in college and while my budget is not that large I am willing to spend some money on this because I think it is actually something worth doing.
Also, in place of coffee I have heard great things about Yerba Mate so I want to try that.. if you guys could point me to a good retailer please let me know.
