So im a 21 year old male. Im 5' 5" weigh about 140-145 pounds. Im no where over weight. Im active most days. I used to be a runner but not so much anymore. I try to eat healthy when I can. I weighed 140 when i was 16 and was also 5' 5". I havent changed except for my belly fat for some reason. I do drink alot on the weekends. What can I do to get back to a flat stomach. And dont say quit drinking or eat all fat free food. I mean maybe cut back on both but its impossible to do both in entirety.
