Hey everyone! I'm not overweight but I am heavy. When I check the weight range that I should be in for my height, I'm on the high end. I don't want to tip into the overweight section. I need to get healthier with what I eat and how I workout. This new thread is here to track my progress and anyone else's who needs to drop about 20-25 lbs. We can do this
