Not obese but not healthy either

Hey everyone! I'm not overweight but I am heavy. When I check the weight range that I should be in for my height, I'm on the high end. I don't want to tip into the overweight section. I need to get healthier with what I eat and how I workout. This new thread is here to track my progress and anyone else's who needs to drop about 20-25 lbs. We can do this :) I know I will!
 
If you're looking at a BMI scale - don't get too hung up on the number - the bmi indicator doesn't take into consideration muscle mass or bone structure - merely height/weight/gender - and people who aren't really overweight can be classified as that...

Read around the forum -the number on the scale is just another indicator - there are better indicators that you can use...
