Well howdy people :) I was a happy and health 130 pounds last year this time, soon after I started a new medication and started gaining back all my weight.. when I was 13 I was weighing in at 259 pounds 5'5"!Being young and not knowin anything about weight loss, I was losing about 5-10 pounds a week and within a year was small. now I want to lose all the weight ive put back on' in a healthy way. i want to do this slowly, without having to stop my medication that Pretty much saved my life; I am now 224lbs 5'8" first days weigh in' my goal for this week is 2 pounds lost.
I CAN DO THIS:party:

You can do it. Surprisingly being bigger makes it easier to lose weight (in my experience).

Good luck.

I am there with you. I too lost a lot of weight in my 20's and kept it off, but over the years it came back. Now I'm 46 y/o and weighted 252 a week ago. I have lost 7 lbs this week. You're in the right place. You can do it!

I'm sure you've tried already or have been trying, but if not, talk to your doctor about like-medications that don't have a negative effect on your weight!
Your medication is obviously crucial to your healthiest possible self, and it would be an unfair disadvantage if it were to dictate your weight loss or hinder your efforts in any way.

Best of luck to you!
