Not new, but returning.

I don't remember the last time I was here, but I signed up for a new account so I could just start over on this site.

My other nickname is tamnix, so it's not a big secret, lol.

So I thought I should introduce myself again since I haven't been on here in forever.

My name is Tamara, I'm a 21 year old married mother of a little boy, I live in CT and I've been overweight all of my life. My main problem with eating is eating too much in one sitting, not enough throughout the day, eating when I'm not hungry, eating too much of foods I know I shouldn't eat so much of, and not drinking enough water, but drinking empty calories instead.

I started eating healthier (I hate the term DIET) 4 days ago. I think I'm doing great so far, though most days I'm not eating as many calories as I want to, but still eating more than 1500. As of 4 days ago I was 310lbs (I'm considered MORBIDLY OBESE, I'm 5'4"), but before I started working again I weighed 315 or 320lbs. My goal weight is 140lbs.

My plan consists of drinking 8 glasses or more of water a day, eating 1700-1800 calories a day at the moment, eating at least 5 times a day, I'm trying slimfast, and doing low intensity cardio to start.
