I'm only a couple of years your senior, heading toward an apparently dreaded milestone later this year.
Of all things I appear to be getting bigger and staying relatively as lean at the moment. Trying to avoid running too slowly as weight goes on, something will give.
Decided recently my tip for bulking, stay the same weight for almost 20 years then it will happen without you noticing. Don’t see that one getting many takers.
