Not losing those few pounds!

I currently weigh 112lbs and want to lose a few more to lose a little of that extra flab.

I stick to 1300 calories a day usually, and exercise in the evening doing about 20 minutes cardio, exercises to tone arms and ab crunches. But i'm not losing anything. I have been stuck at 112lbs for weeks now and its getting annoying.

The thing is that i eat most of the calories at night. I will eat a small breakfast and small lunch, then a large meal, desert and something again at about 8 at night. I really need to cut that out but i can't  It's really frustrating. Any advice to how i can cut this out?

You don't say how tall you are, but 112 pounds is low for an adult woman, unless you're around 5'

I suspect that what you're looking for here is not more weight loss, but to build your body to get that fit look that a lot of people refer to as "toned". Crunches and light exercise won't get you there.

I would suggest that you read the sticky thread in the exercise area titled "The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting".

What you need to reshape your body is to begin lifting weights and doing body resistance exercises to build muscle.
