Not Hungry

Hello, I'm a 14 year old boy and 125 pounds and 5'5" and I have a fat thighs and a fat stomach. I ride the stationary bike every day for about 45 mins at a moderate rate and I walk for about an hour every day. I used to eat for the sake of eating a lot before, but now I only make sure to eat when I'm hungry. I don't starve myself but I usually end up, and not on purpose, consuming about 800-900 calories a day. I do want to lose weight, but I don't wanna starve myself. I don't want to become anorexic, and I would never purge, but do you think it's a problem that I don't eat that much? I read that I should eat about 2,500 calories a day, but I wouldn't want to eat for the sake of it. What should I do?

how did you decide you were eating 800 - 900 calories per day ? if you are only estimating you are probably eating more because most people under estimate on calories when they don't measure.

at 14 you still have plenty of growing to do, keep up your exercise, you are doing ok.

Let me tell one easiest way to lose weight - without starving yourself. Chew your food for 32 times. Remember that every morsel in your mouth should be chewed not less than 32 times before being swallowed. There is a science behind what I'm suggesting you. Follow my advice, you don't need to eat less, just chewing your food for 32 times will help you automatically lose weight and get in shape.
