Not as healthy as I'd like to be...

Hey, all. My name is Sydney and I've been unhappy with my weight for about three years.

At my heaviest, I was 158. At my lightest, I was 135. The lighter weight came about as a result of starving myself for some fashion shows I was doing. I'm not proud of that, and have since left that world behind me.

Currently I am at 153. Since I'm 5'10", I know that's still within my healthy weight range as a 22-year-old girl. However it's about 13 lbs heavier than where I'd really like to be, especially since I'm moving to Hawaii in a year or two and plan on wearing my bikini fairly often!

I do a lot of yo-yo dieting, losing a few lbs and then gaining them right back and then losing them again. I ran a marathon last October, but haven't continued running since then.

I joined this forum to get the support I need so that I can finally make it to my goal (140) in a healthy manner and STAY THERE. I look forward to interacting with you all!
