hey everyone!
a while back (i believe it was around february?) i was a fairly active member of the forum, and then i moved in with my boyfriend over the summer and getting used to our new routine has somewhat absorbed my attentions.
having now gotten used to my new (and wonderful!) living situation, i got severely lax in my eating and exercising routine. . . . .i haven't even had the heart to get on the scale recently (especially with PMS cravings consuming my soul right now. . . .ugh!) but the last time i climbed on, i discovered i had gained back 13 lbs of my 28 lb loss. . . . .*sigh*
so i'm back! i need to create for myself a lasting plan, and i need to find myself a support network (that's you guys!) who will encourage me on my way to that plan.
just wanted to reintroduce myself, say hello, and tell everyone to keep an eye out for my new weight loss diary!!
