Not a new member, but might as well be...

Just wanted to say what's up to everyone in here since it's been so long since I've stalked the forum. I should be hiding in the shadows here again more now. I've finally gotten off my ass and have been going to the gym steady for about a month now. This place has always helped keep me in check by seeing how dedicated others are and also by keeping lifting and a healthy lifestyle on my mind.

Also, hello to any new members (within the last year).
 
Life happened. Just got busy, and then before I knew it, working out and eating healthy became lower and lower priorities. Next thing you know, I almost gained all the weight back that I lost a few years ago. I know the road won't be as hard this time though. I know I put on some mass back then, and I think I've held on to a lot of it (surprisingly). My strength and stamina just blow right now though.

How has your training been? You ever start competing?

Ahh that's ok bro, we all fall off every now and again. I'm sure you will quickly pick up right where you left off. I'm currently in training for my first show now. Not sure when it's going to be. It will be based on my progress during the rest of this year.
