Noom?

has anyone tried looking into NOOM? i am not selling or promoting this site/ diet/ whatever it is, i'm just curious about what it is in general. their commercials seem to be all over the news streams i watch.

I had to search for it, as I have never seen it mentioned anywhere before, looks to be similar to weight watchers but aimed at a younger age group.

i heard another buzz word in one of the commercials.... "small bowls", sounds like it is a calorie restricted diet. ...sad.

before you start any program, do yourself a favor and Google... why calorie reduction doesn't work
