Hi im new here in the forums. Ever since i was a kid, i am overweight. But when i reached 22 years old i decided to have a healthy lifestyle. from 220lbs i managed to reduced it to 165 pounds. I do weight training at the gym and do half-marathons. Unfortunately i wasn't able to maintain this because of my work. I am now back to 200 (Although I probably still have less body fat compared to my initial body) But now i'm trying to bring back the good 'ol habit. I hope to learn a lot form you and i also hope to provide help to others. See yah!
