Hi I'm new to the boards. I'm looking for weight loss and diet suggestions. I've been eating less red meat and fatty foods, and trying to exercise more. Motivation to exercise is sometimes tough. If you have found anything that works for you I'd like to hear about it.
 
Drink more water, and switch up your exercise routine so that you do not become bored with it. Maybe go walking every other day, while biking on the days in between. Eat less, and move more.
