Noob here!

I'm Nick from Nashville, decided to finally join a health forum for some advice. I used to be pretty big in high school then lost all of the weight (265 then to 195), since I've been in college I've gained most all of the weight back. I'm at about 245 right now. I recently joined a gym about 5 weeks ago and have been going atleast 5 times a week to walk/jog on the treadmills, I even changed my diet alot, (strictly water, salads, and sandwhiches). Now what I'm having problems with is that, after over a month of this I haven't dropped one pound. Any help? sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.
