Hi.

I'm a night person and this is making it vastly more difficult for me to get the exercise that I need.

I don't live in a particularly safe area so walking about at night is out of the question, I live above people so can't make too much noise at night via exercising and I cannot afford to join a gym and not sure if there are even any night gyms round here if I could.

I'm off to uni soon which is going to be hard enough as being outside during the day makes me feel sick unless it's overcast so how am I going to fit the exercise in?
 
Have you discussed your aversion to being outdoors with your doctor? Maybe the best solution would be to treat the aversion and literally open up the world of opportunity for you. Not only will you have to go outdoors to go to uni but the majority of us have to go out for careers and to meet people. If you eventually have kids you will have to get them to school in daytime and take them to important appointments in daytime. Even if you skip things for yourself - you would need to look after their needs.

Your exercise needs are the tip of the iceberg.
